(Photo: Daniel Nee)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>A hearing on a proposed Wawa and commercial complex near the corner of Route 88 and Jack Martin Boulevard in Brick has been rescheduled\u00a0after an abrupt cancelation of what was already a rescheduled hearing.<\/p>\n<p>The application\u00a0had been scheduled to be heard last Wednesday, March 29.<\/p>\n<p>Real estate developer Jack Morris, through his company JSM at Martin Boulevard, LLC, will\u00a0be before the township Board of Adjustment April 24\u00a0to pitch a Wawa convenience store and gas station, 124 seat restaurant, bank and day care center at the site of the Laurelton Mobile Home Park. There will also be 117 parking spaces to support the businesses on the 9.4 acre plot of land.
