An additional $19,500 would be set aside for the purchase of an adjacent lot at the terminus of Second Avenue where it meets Maple. (Photo: Shorebeat)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Neither of the parcels of land have former addresses, however they are marked in the video embedded above this story (note: some ad blocking software may interfere with the video player).<\/p>\n<p>The ordinance calls for the bonding of $370,500 for the combined purchase of both properties. The property on the corner of Maple Avenue would be located approximately across the street from Havens Farm, a historical home and property already owned by the township. There is also a group home for disabled residents across the street. The smaller parcel, which measures just over a half-acre, is a wooded area that is set between two residential streets \u2013 First Avenue and Third Avenue.
