Santarelli, treasury department spokesman.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>By Monday, however, the license was restored.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis judgment has since been paid, and the license has been released,\u201d Santarelli said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Riverwatch is owned by American Restaurant Management LLC.
